When you choose the Cubitainer, you'll be using a package that was built to withstand the rigors of hazardous chemical packaging. Cubitainer meets applicable DOT, UN, and FDA specifications and requirements. Beyond its use as a product package for regulated and non-regulated chemicals, Cubitainer is well accepted in the food and drug industries. The LDPE Cube is a blend of linear low and low density polyethylene manufactured in the form of a cube shaped liner, and designed for use with a corrugated fiberboard overpack. The natural color Insert is manufactured by the Cube Process with a seam located along the diagonal periphery. The top face of the Insert is typically designed to accommodate the fitment of a supplied 38mm screwcap opening. A reversible well design permits the Cube opening to be raised or depressed for pouring and storage. LDPE Cube is designed to collapse as product is dispensed. The non-glug design assures product flows from the Cube in a continuous, uninterrupted stream. Cube material conforms to FDA Regulation 177.1520 which permits the use of polyethylene in articles that contact food. The Cubitainer carton is a corrugated fiber board overpack designed for the use in conjunction with the LDPE cube. Corrugated: Recognized as one of the easiest to recycle packaging components - PLUS advanced corrugated technology for increased performance materials reduction(double layers wall carton). Provides decoration choices that go beyond silk-screening or labeling. Cubitainer carton's four panel design offers twice the surface space for product branding and usage information than comparably-sized rigid options. Design options include die-cut opening perforated "tear-out" section for LDPE Cube access. Larger-sized Cubitainer cartons can be fitted with optional Plastic Carrying Handle. Technical specifications are readily available to assist Customer direct purchases. Assembled Cubitainer units weigh less than rigid containers of comparable volume.
